Store Policy

Recipient Responsibility


It is the customer's responsibility to receive the package(s) on the date of delivery. In the event the customer is not available to receive the package(s) Crabby Lobster Seafood reserves the right to refuse any refund or reshipment. It is the customer's responsibility to notify the recipient of these terms.


In the event that your package is delivered and something happens after left at the address, Crabby Lobster Seafood does not assume responsibility for the package. All shipments under $800USD are sent with a Shipper Release clause meaning that as long as the driver feels comfortable leaving the package at the delivery address they will, without requiring a signature. This ensures that our shipments are received within a timely manner due to the perishable nature of our products.
If the recipient of a package refuses or denies delivery for any reason this forfeits any refund that may be available, this includes but is not limited to late delivery, damaged package, spoiled goods.

Shipping Protection


The option for shipping protection is included in all orders until removed during the checkout process. This added service covers your package if for any reason a delay is experience while in transit with our shipping providers. Delays can be caused by the following events: Improperly sorted packages, Mechanical Malfunctions, Flight Delays, Weather, Etc. Understanding that these events are out of the control of all parties involved we offer a worry free protection which would cover in the event that the shipment is affected by any of these conditions and unable to be delivered on the scheduled delivery date.

Delayed Shipments


Once in the possession of the shipping provider Crabby Lobster Seafood cannot take responsibility for any issues encountered during transit. We offer the shipping protection as a coverage for damaged or lost packages. For customers who remove the shipping protection from their order, a refund or reshipment due to these conditions is at the discretion of Crabby Lobster Seafood.

Address Validation


Crabby Lobster Seafood will ship all products to the address submitted by the customer. If an undeliverable or incorrect address is submitted, no refund or reshipment will be issued. Shipping to a closed business will also void the customer from any refund.


Shipping Restrictions


Our apologies no deliveries can be made to Hawaii and Alaska at this time.

Signature Requirements


All shipments that are delivered to a business require a signature.
All other shipments are sent no signature required and will be left in a safe location closest to the first access point of the residence.

Post Office Box


No deliveries will be made to a Post Office Box.

Saturday Delivery


We accept all orders for Saturday delivery and do use UPS to deliver to that area. Unfortunately, in some cases Saturday delivery is not available with either carrier, please contact us prior to placing your order to see if Saturday delivery is available in your area. Saturday deliveries are subject to an additional $20 Saturday delivery fee which will be added to the order when the delivery date is selected.

Cancelling or Modifying Shipments


All orders can be cancelled or modified prior to the shipment date. Once a tracking number has been generated a cancellation penalty may apply and any modifications are subject to surcharges based on the type of modification being made.
